Step 1 :- Firstly you press the power off button in your phone

Step 2 :- Then off your phone.

Step 3 :- After that you press power off and volume button in same time.

Step 4 :- Then you see many option in your phone screen.

Step 5 :- And choose reset option and press power off button to ok.

Step 6 :- Then you wait 2-5 min it's processing.

Step 7 ;- And you see new screen in your phone and also unlock your phone without any kind of problem.
