what can be done to prevent hackers from finding new holes in software and exploiting them ?

Information security research teams exists-to try to find these holes and notify vendors before they are exploited.There is a beneficial competition occurring between the hackers security systems and the hackers breaking into those systems.This competition provides us with better and stronger security,as well as more complex and sophisticated attack techniques.

white hat(Ethical hat)- also known as penetration testing involves the same tools.Ethical hat is legal they always protect the attacker they are good guys they work under government in FBI teams.

Firstly you don't click anonymous link they send their friends and ask to open&signup buy you don't do this because this type of link is phishing link they became fool to click link&signup they gain your personal information like as email-password,bank account and also.

Sometimes attacker send offer email but reality is that's not any type of offer but that's is phishing link to send victim email.when victim(those guys attacker hack their personal details)open those link and signup they redirect survey web like means there is no any offer available to that web and also so victim fill up details attacker gets a email and they control victim details to doing bad activities.
So I want tell you if you receive in this of email firstly check their deeply then decide what to do ?
